Pure Mobile Consumer Complain


was absolutely fine to have mobile phones with although due to taking on less mobiles we decided to deal with the mobile phone provider direct, Pure did not make this easy!! I requested PAC codes on the 02/03/15 to prepare for our contract end date on the 23rd. It is now the 10/02/15 and I am still being fobbed off with "we will get them for you tomorrow" I have tried ringing Vodafone direct but what a surprise it forwards me back to Pure! according to Ofcom the PAC codes have to be released within 2HOURS!!!! this has been over a week now and still no PAC codes!

So yes your fine to be with Pure but they will not let you leave!
